Measuring the gender pay gap

Monaco Statistics has just published a new study on gender pay gaps in Monaco for the year 2024. This report follows on from the first study, based on 2019 data, which was commissioned by the Committee for the Promotion and Protection of Women’s Rights. The methodological principles established at that time have been retained for this second edition, in order to provide an updated overview and to analyse recent trends in pay inequality.
