Measuring gender pay gap 2024

La mesure des écarts de salaire entre les femmes et les hommes

Monaco Statistics publishes a new study on gender pay gaps in Monaco in 2024. This report follows on from the first edition, commissioned upon the establishment of the Committee for the Promotion and Protection of Women’s Rights, and based on data from 2019.

In the Civil service, women’s index pay is, overall, higher in 2024. However, within each category (A, B or C), the average pay gap still favours men.

In the private sector, the pay situation continues to be to the advantage of male employees. Nevertheless, pay disparities are gradually narrowing.
